This Top is an Halter Style that ties around the neck with Grosgrain ribbon. Elastic lines the back of the top for a comfortable fit around her back! A yellow gingham ruffles adorns the bottom of this adorable top!
The shorts are made from the same adorable Monkey fabric and are elastic waisted for comfort.
All seams are professionally serged and all ribbon has been fray treated. Comes from my smoke/pet FREE home!
